By using MyRoomee you agree to the terms below.
Free to use
MyRoomee is free. We do not charge or collect any fees or commissions for posting or finding a listing.
Listings
Listings are published without pre-approval. The person who posts a listing is solely responsible for its content and accuracy.
Disputes between users
MyRoomee is not a party to, and does not mediate, any agreement, payment, or dispute between renters and owners.
Provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including the accuracy of listings or the availability of the site.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any financial loss, property damage, physical injury, or illegal acts that occur between users of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to legally defend, indemnify, and hold MyRoomee and its operators harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform.
Prohibited use
Fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal listings are not allowed. A listing with repeated valid reports can be suspended, and the owner may submit an appeal.
Changes
We may update this agreement. Continuing to use MyRoomee after a change means you accept the updated agreement.
